Connection Not working #1

Which path should we put the script? Do we need to install python 3 ? And for me the usb is saying ttyusb0. So I have updated the script accordingly. Can we connect the usb to rs232 in any one of the 4usb available in piKVM ? Also what jumper cable do you use the small one it's getting into the pin of the usb adapter
