What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Used ADB to install package over wireless connection.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
successful installation.  The error listed above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The current version downloadable from this site as of 8/19.  Nook Color running 
CM7 RC1

Please provide any additional information below.
Downloaded and installed the full SDK, using the JDK 7.
