nookLibrary 0.0.7: extra keywords added for books in series

When books in a series are present, each book is added individually to the
keywords in addition to the series name itself being added.  For example,
if I had 3 books in series "Foo", the filtering keywords would include
"Foo", "Foo 1-", "Foo 2-", "Foo 3-", and "Foo 4-", the latter four of which
only refer to one book each.  If this is intentional I apologize, but it
doesn't seem like desirable behavior.  Attached is a relatively trivial
patch to fix this.

I found a few issues in the B&N books loading logic and did a rebuild. Included 
this 
change also.
