Replaced brikis98 references with gruntwork references (and setup corresponding gruntwork docker repos)
Fixed issue where sinatra couldn't install due to CA cert issues. The whole point of the talk is now that they're fixed once, you don't have to bother again!

Time-permitting, I'll update the ELB references to ALB.
