Empty Newsreader should show at least a message #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. emulator -wipe-data
2. Install OI + newsreader
3. Start Newsreader

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just a blank screen is shown. One does not know whether the application 
has already started or is still processing.

A short message would be good:
"No feeds are subscribed. Use menu to add new feed."

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
