Add "save" button to edit note view #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open OI Notepad
2. Menu / Add
3. Type something
4. Press menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First time users don't see an option to save the note, just one to discard it.

There should be a menu item "Save", to be on the save side (pun intended :-) ).

This will not be fixed. "Back" simply means save.
