Add default locations #91

Add default locations for judging process along the mock location provider.

Hardcode somewhere 5 locations, and TAG them with judge-friendly
tags: I.e. "Rainbow grocery", "Alemany Farmer's Market",  "Trader
Joe's", "Cheese Plus", "Gino's Grocery Co". (Grocery stores in SF).

They don't have to be at the correct positions, but every 3 minutes
along the path one would be fine (or even more - every minute).

more would make the location list load longer.

5 locations with tag "Shop" and name of shop in InitView defined.
