7 years ago In case of upgrade(either above mentioned case), the protocol is to setup the palette rescue on the new environment. Recommended steps:
- Backup the PROD environment
- Disable Linux and DR environment
- Upgrade the PROD environment
- Upgrade the DR environment
- Setup the Palette Rescue on the linux
