[feature request] Translation with text support #107

There is a translation feature to be supported by Noa, which is planned for a further release.

One suggestion is to support both audio input translated as text into Frame, and image input, in which text can be grabbed and translated then shown to Frame.

Text translation is expected to be launched for the first public release of Noa for Frame.
