Remove 'x' button when updating firmware or FPGA #56

The device sheet must not be dismissed during updates. These are non-interruptible processes and doing so will put the app in some undefined state.

Additionally, discovered that sometimes the "Keep the app open" button, which should always be disabled, appears to look interactive.

I have tried to fix both issues in my latest commit. I think when the code was refactored to merge the pairing and update sheets, the pairing logic won.
