I'll look at those. I think we should also modify the CONTRIBUTING.md file. I will try to explain the conditions to add a library/projects and hopefully a refactor will not be needed in the near future.

👍 and agree with adding the conditions. I'll add some for libraries once the big PR to vuejs/awesome-vue is merged.
