Allow for a short description of a timer #13

Hi, I love timertab, I use it frequently. I sometimes set up times for different moves in a game, but I forget what I set them for. Having a short name for each timer would really help. Thanks for the great work.

Yes, would be super useful. I frequently run more than 1 timer.
