Theme keeps flickering #5

Hi,

first of all thanks for this repo. Helped me install vuetify into my vite-ssr-app.

I set the theme to dark, but when I do that the background is white in the beginning and after it turns black. So you see a "flickering".

In Vuetify.js I added ssr: true but that doesn't work.

Any ideas?

(I'm not familiar with Vuetify, so I don't think I can help much. I'd reach out to the Vuetify maintainers instead. That said if you can make it work With Vite+Nuxt without flickering, while having flickering for the same code with vite-plugin-ssr, then I'll dig into it as it'd point to a problem with vite-plugn-ssr.)
