Tags selected on exported results file are not applied #1332

Repro is with Brim commit 032da27, though it looks like this issue is not new, as I was able to repro it when doing a ZNG export in Brim GA tagged v0.20.0 as well.

See the attached video that walks through a results export workflow. I've just noticed for the first time that this file utility on macOS offers the selection of "Tags". However, even if I pick some, they're not actually present on the saved file.

I'm fully expecting this might be an Electron issue, but happened to notice, so filing. 😄

Verified in Brim commit 0b5786cc. As shown in the attached video, the area to select "Tags" is no longer present. Problem solved!
