Generic Range Picker #1540

Create a new range picker that will be used when the lake key is not a time type.

[ ] Remove time icon
[ ] No duration (only a small horizontal line)
[ ] Dropdown has only one option of "Whole space"

Note: There are lots of places in the code that gather this "span" to send to issue queries. It will be interesting to track all those down. For example the zealot client only expects Dates in the From and To field. Maybe this ticket will grow to include those changes as well.

Not just range picker, but the generic shapes-based barchart etc.
