How to solve this test failed? #12

I did "make test" and get 2 test failed. So how to solve it? Below is my test report:

Unfortunately, I believe the two test failures are related to timezone. If you set your timezone to PST8PDT, I suspect that the test will succeed.

If you have ideas on how to improve the test, I accept pull requests :).
