Constant Reconnecting wallet [FRONTEND] #2

Bug Description: Every time I refresh page, it wants to reconnect my wallet. other eth dapps don't do this. Not sure if this is a testnet thing, but I don't remember seeing it on other testnets either. It also wants me to re-approve tokens every time I do anything.

Expected Behaviour: Only have to connect wallet once, unless manually disconnect.

Actual Behaviour:** Brinc dApp asks to connect wallet every time user does something.

Suspected Criticality Level: Low

Steps to reproduce:**

  1. Connect wallet
  2. Refresh page

System Information: //Windows 10
