[FRONTEND] Display insufficient balance when balance sufficient #7

Bug Description: When there is balance, it shows insufficient balance by mistake

Expected Behaviour: Show correct button to proceed

Actual Behaviour:** Show disabled button with Insufficient balance error

Suspected Criticality Level: Critical

Steps to reproduce:**

  1. Refresh and go to the page without connect to wallet
  2. Choose ETH and input sell 0.01
  3. Connect wallet
  4. Observe the bug

Hello! Thank you for your submission! I was able to reproduce and you are correct, the frontend should reset but instead gives an incorrect message regarding "Insufficient XXX Balance". Thank you for this submission and I will keep you updated on the progress of this ticket!!
