As I run some new SN data sets, but architecture is an exact replica of the JLA-simple design and guidelines, following this post #212 . I get some pretty weird results. I have N=50,000 and 4 loops, this is a first run, so I started off with this numbers to see the initial trend.
My param file is copied below
I run this for two different datasets, except M, none of the cosmological parameters seems anchored around their true theoretical values. I know my data is ok. So my question is, what is it that I am doing wrong ? or simply I need to run more chains (but I would guess in this case, convergence won't be achieved for smaller chains, but the central tendency should be already visible)? or do I need to +- something in the param file list of variables ?
