mksdcard.sh burns u-boot.imx binary on SD card, but it's not built by regular make of AOSP. Fix it.

u-boot is now:

built with AOSP
pushed to /boot partition (so it can be upgraded from 'old version' of u-boot using run upgradeu command)
flashed using mksdcard.sh to 0x400 offset of SD card
