Pseudogenes are not included in visualization #170

Genomic islands are being called for pseudogenes but the visualization does not display them. Should GIs not be called for pseudogenes or should the pseudogenes be added to the visualization? If they are to be added to the visualization, should they appear as normal genes or should they have a different color? @cbertell @klgray25 @fionabrinkman
