[x] UI: Build input collection with dataset names as ids
[x] Backend: Generate GFF records of accession, length, filename
[x] Backend: add the records to the top of the result, in place of the header info
[x] Viz: Incorporate these records in model
[x] Viz: Add toggle to switch between accession/filename
