Optional signature line #103

This PR is just the partial port of https://github.com/willowsystems/jSignature/pull/17 done by @shrimpwagon

I am using this repo (which seems to be more active than the other one) for one of my projects and needed optional signature line. I think this feature is nice to have in the master.

I've actually been putting this functionality back as you can also disable the signature line by setting the color to null but since you've gone through the trouble of a PR, so why not? Thanks
