decision wizard doesn't open #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on "add decision using wizard"
2. enter a name and a template
3. click on "next step"
4. click back in your browser (you'll come back to the project details page)
5. click on "add decision using wizard"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
get a NULLPOINTER-Exception! The wizward doesn't open.

2. can be reproduced by clicking on "last step", not on to next step.
