Use the wizard in the normal way to add a decision. At the end, an exception 
will be thrown that is invisible to the user. An exception can be seen in the 
server log though everything worked fine. The same happens when a new version 
is created for an existing decision.

Please notice that the exception appears when the user is redirected to the 
decision detail view.
