What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create a decision with the wizard
2.enter a pre-registered person as initiator
3.next next next ...
4.submit
5.Nullpointer exception

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a overview of the updated decision, - get a nullpointer exception
