It would be nice to show only decisions that have a direct relationship to 
decision x or are two "levels" away from decision x.

Example: 

A
 B
  E
   F
 C
  G
 D
  H
   I
    J

Show only nodes that are one level away from node A:
Nodes A, B, C and D would be visible.

Show only nodes that are one level away from node A:
Nodes A, B, E, C, G, D and H would be visible.

...
