Detailed error messages in the visualization #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Produce an error in the visualization (For example open a visualization, 
change a decision in a different browser window and then try to save the 
visualization

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An error popup appears which just says than an error occurred. This would be an 
appropriate place to display more detailed error messages which help the user.

Example:
Some other user edited at least one decision and/or relationship and therefore 
you need to reload the visualization.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Detailed error messages are now printed to the console (if available). Due to 
the low number of users this should be enough.
