Different node sizes on different systems #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a relationship or chronological view on a system with Windows
2. Save the view
3. Now open the view on a machine with a different OS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The nodes have different sizes and as a result the associations are not 
orthogonal anymore.

This primarily happens because of different fonts used. The size of the nodes 
depends on the sizes of the contained text. Due to different fonts, the nodes 
have different sizes. One way to avoid this problem would be to give the user 
the ability to change the size of a node.

Fixed with the introduction of the new visualization in revision 773.
