Trying to create a lasso outside the SVG canvas #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to create a lasso by clicking outside of the SVG canvas

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No lasso is created.

To solve this issue it may be a possibility to extend the minimum size of the 
SVG canvas to the size of the screen or to react on click events on the HTML 
body element.
