New relationships won't be shown in the visualization #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the visualization component
2. Go back to the project overview an edit an existing decision
3. Navigate to the relationships step and quick add a decision
4. Save the decision
5. Open the relationship view
6. Show the new node

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no association line between the two nodes. A workaround is to save the 
diagram and to reload it then by clicking on the refresh button.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This only happens when a relationship is added to a decision that was never 
part of a visualization. The error occurs because the node id (visualization 
node) is not set (in fact it is null).
