What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the visualization and make some changes
2. Click on "refresh" or "back to project"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a dialog that asks whether I want to save any changes that I have made 
but none is shown.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
