Add german translation #30

Hi, I'd like to translate the plugin to german. Is it correct that I just need to translate this file? https://github.com/brissone/moodle-qtype_musictheory/blob/master/lang/en/qtype_musictheory.php ?

It is correct, but since this plugin is available in the official moodle plugin directory, it is recommended to use the translation service available on moodle.org (menu item "Translation" in the top right of the website).

Hi Birgit,

I am the maintainer of the plugin. A German translation has already been contributed for it (89% of the strings have been translated). If the plugin is installed from Moodle.org, the existing translation should be displayed automatically when the German language pack is selected or installed on your Moodle server.

As Benedikt mentioned, any additional translations (or adjustments to the existing translations) are best submitted in AMOS, as they become part of the Moodle language pack for plugins and are available to other users as well.

Hi, in Germany we re using Helmholtz designation instead of Scientific designation. Is it possible to integrate this into the german translation of the plugin?
