Mark compared bicycle parking and rental objects #35

It should be possible to mark missing items in OSM from compareism as removed or other status.

I have collected a few bicycle_stands which are missing in real but are a feature in the 2014 data set. Not sure if we really need it, posting it anyway. missing_stands.geojson.gz

If possible you give me the IDs or description of the missing stands, it is easier to implement forme. Or next time you can make a pull request to the current solution: https://github.com/britiger/bikeparkingberlin/blob/master/database/external_data/parking_non_existing.csv
