Outstanding issues
the MSOA Wales file now has duplicate indicators for some domains, such as Cancer incidence (rate per 100,000) and Cancer Incidence Rate in the clinical domain. I would guess that these duplicate indicators will over-weight cancer risk on the vulnerability scores (in comparison to other indicators), even after applying unsupervised learning (PCA and MLFA). I left all indicators as they were for now, so you can make a decision on which indicators need dropping.
