Worth noting I aggregated down to LA for Wales only (after our discussion on Teams)
I couldn't find any data on mobilisation for Wales, but haven't looked for Scotland/NI.
For NI, in the original MSOA files the variable Service-weighted fastest travel time by private transport (Rank)
is reversed ranked. This is the same variable used in this food index. The NI IMD states this variable is the 'road travel time in minutes'. Therefore, was it not already in the correct order in the original IMD. Has reverse ranking it not resulted in the longest travel times receiving the lowest score (which is the opposite of what the VI achieves - i.e., high = more vulnerable)?
For Scotland, I used Income_count
instead of Income_rate
from the IMD like you did for England. Does this need changing (I assumed not)?

In the NI IMD (and the others), low ranks are the highest deprivation (in this case, low ranks = longer travel times) so we needed to reverse the ranks to align with the rest of the VI

Will check
