Added in capture state function. #33

Added in capture state function. The state is currently saved to server as that makes the url much much shorter.. although less intelligible than when saving to url. Seems to also create an additional folder? The button is currently located in the top right corner in the header. Can go in the sidebar if that would be clearer for the user.
