Currency Symbol support? #152

The standard cost-related entities below all have the attribute: "unit_of_measurement: {GBP}/kWh"

Is it possible to change the Currency symbol? Or to make it track the System-wide Homeassistant Currency setting (assuming it's running via the HA add-on)?

Currently running the latest "GivTCP 2.4.3", via HA Addon. HA = 2023.11.3, on HA-OS 11.1
