Message Section vs Message Content #25

Sec 5.4 and following: "...Assertion is contained in a Message Section" An Assertion is a Message Section (according to Sec 5.2) Replace it with "... Assertion is contained in a Message's Content"

The same phrase is used for Shards, Zones and Address Assertions as well.
