Next key and extra key object is missing keyphase #47

The extra key is currently defined by algorithm type and keyspace. I suggest to add a keyphase as well such that external keys can also be rolled over seemlessly. The next key obeject certainly needs a key phase otherwise the superordinate cannot issue a correct delegation.
