pkgdown site #20

I would really like to see the documentation turned into a pkgdown site for ease of navigation. Then hosted somewhere like GitHub pages. I think this will make exploring the package much easier.

Let me know if you want details on how to do this.

Could you link from the README and from GitHub to where it is hosted? I tend to think of the pkgdown site as where I really want all users to end up so try and funnel them there at every chance I get.

If you need a hand with hosting let me know - in settings just turning on GitHub pages and pointing at the docs folder should do it.
