Created plain txt files with matchup, schedule, and tv data #11

@sunhwap As discussed, I collected data, via APIs and the web, to get information on the matchups, start times, and tv listings for the time span our program covers. I put them in these plain text files in case we want to be able to interact with them across other python files, but they are also explicitly coded in the GameChanger.py script I recently pushed. As with that pull request, this also addresses issues #4 and #5.
