Updated script to calculate top game per 30 sec #15

@sunhwap Script now prints out top game during each 30 sec period (based on raw frequency). We could eventually modify it so that it gives the rate rather than simple frequency if so desired. Addresses issue #6, but I'll wait to officially close it.

Good, we need frequency for average tweet rate.
