Permissions in tarball #140

In the 0.7.5 tarball release (pysam-0.7.5.tar.gz), some files
(pysam-0.7.5/samtools/sam.h for example, all headers) have permissions set to
640: once installed on a system, these files are only readable by root.

I reported the problem also here:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python2-pysam/

Could the permissions of all files set to at least 644? That would be great for
0.7.6 release.

Thanks for the very good work on pysam.

Thanks, I have fixed the permissions, they should be changed in the next
tar-ball.

Best wishes,
Andreas
