Pagination options box scrolls with content #1839

1. Select Content tab.
2. Select a table with wide rows that produces a horizontal scrollbar.
3. Single click the Pagination Options gear to open the options box.
4. With Pagination Options box still open scroll the contents of the Content 
tab and notice the Pagination Options box scrolls with the content rather then 
stay anchored to the options button.

Scrolling down produces the same effect.
