SSH connection dialog lops critical fields off the bottom on first visit.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Sequel Pro so the connection dialog is displayed with the Standard 
tab selected.  To repro, the SSH tab must NOT be selected by default.
2. Select the SSH tab.
3. Note that the last field is "SSH Host", whereas there are several fields 
that should appear below it (SSH User, SSH Password, SSH Port).
4. Select one of the other tabs.
5. Go back to the SSH tab; it will now resize correctly and show the fields.

What is the expected output?
A complete collection of fields in the UI.

What do you see instead?
Three fields are hidden below the bottom. Screen shot attached.

What version of Sequel Pro are you using?
1.0.2

What version of OS X are you using?
10.9

What version of MySQL are you connecting to on the server?
4.x
