Adds fix for ueberauthenticator when not identity #58

Fixes a bug in the Ueberauthenticator when using an Ueberauth provider rather than the Identity provider.

Also adds a few notes/fixmes for code cleanliness and/or things I should ensure are behaving the way I'd like them to before pushing the next version of Sentinel to hex.
