It complains about writing to a directory outside the current working directory, which apparently Cloudy does not support: "Cloudy always was designed to only support writing in the local directory, but that was not checked in C17 and earlier. Cloudy cooling tools does not work out-of-the-box with the current development version of Cloudy (https://gitlab.nublado.org/cloudy/cloudy/-/tree/master).
