This changes print "" to print("").

Also adds a help message when fewer than the needed number of command-line arguments are provided.

@BenWibking, thanks for taking the time keep this code up to date and submitting PRs. I'm currently away on holiday through the end of the month and also down with covid, but I'll sweep through these quickly and will merge if they are trivial. If not, I'll take a look as soon as I can.
