Indicator icons - Fading when out of range - Suggestion #52

(For classic wow) The icons fade out when someones nameplates fade out due to being out of range (40 yards)

If it would be possible to get an option to have indicator icons displayed always be at 100% visibility and not tied to the out of range fade variable it would be great.
